Working with a world-class trainer can be invaluable. Every day i see people exercising with horrible form and performing the same thing over and over again with little to no results. All it would take is a few sessions to show them a safer way to train, a better intensity to train and more efficient ways of getting the job done to see big changes.
Over the past 35 years, i have developed a very systematic approach to the way i train clients and teach clients to train. All new clients are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of muscle strength, coordination and core strength.
Once I have all that information I can help by offering ongoing training, custom-designed programs to do on your own or I can walk you through your current program to make sure your form and intensity are where it should be.
My focus is on helping people achieve long-term results through challenging and varied workouts that involve strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core training and innovative stretching techniques. Couple this with my famous real food eating plans and you have a recipe for success!
